We only collect the information you provide to us, especially in connection with:
- Table reservations – name, phone number, email, date, time and number of guests.
- Inquiries about larger groups – name, contact details, size of group and any menu, allergies and drink requests.
- Emails and messages you send to us.
Why we process the data
We process your data to manage and confirm bookings and inquiries, to communicate with you and to fulfill legal obligations, such as accounting. The legal basis is the fulfillment of contracts and our legitimate interest in being able to receive and respond to your inquiry.
Cookies
The website only uses necessary cookies that are required for the site to function and to remember your language choice (Swedish or English). We do not use cookies for marketing or tracking.
Third-party services
Table reservations are handled through our booking partner, and translation into English is done through Google Translate. These services may process necessary data to function. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we store the data
We only store your information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. After that, it is deleted or anonymized. Documents covered by the Accounting Act are stored for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, as well as to object to or request restriction of processing. You also have the right to data portability. If you believe that we are processing your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY).
